Privacy Policy for Stitcho

Stitcho ("we", "our", "us", or the "App"), developed by Apex Infocom, is an offline-first embroidery design calculation application that helps users perform embroidery stitch costing, head and rate calculations, and maintain design history.

We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. Stitcho is designed from the ground up to work without user accounts, without cloud databases, and without advertisements. This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices regarding information within the App.

1. No Account Registration or Sign-In Required

Stitcho does not require an account, profile, email address, or third-party sign-in (such as Google Sign-In) to use any of its features. You can download and use the app immediately with full access to all features.

We do not operate backend servers to store user credentials, user profiles, or login data.

2. Calculation Data and Local Device Storage

When you use Stitcho, you may enter details for embroidery calculations, such as:

• Design numbers or names
• Section heads and stitch counts
• Rates per stitch and total cost computations
• Saved design records in your history

All calculation inputs, results, and history are stored strictly on your local device. This data is never transmitted, synced, or backed up to any external servers or third-party cloud services by Stitcho.

3. No Advertisements

Stitcho does not display advertisements and does not integrate Google AdMob or any other advertising network SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers (such as AAID or IDFA) or track your activity across other apps or websites.

4. PDF Export and Sharing

Stitcho includes an optional feature allowing you to generate a PDF quotation of your calculations and share it with your clients or contacts (such as via WhatsApp or system sharing).

The PDF file is generated completely on your device. When you tap "Share on WhatsApp", the App invokes the standard, secure operating system share sheet. Stitcho does not transmit or intercept your shared quotations or contact lists.

5. How We Use Information

Since Stitcho does not collect personal data or transmit information to external servers:

• Data entered is used solely on-device to perform mathematical calculations and display history.
• We do not collect personal data.
• We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your data with any third parties.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because all calculation data is stored locally on your device, you have full and immediate control over your data at all times:

• Delete specific entries: You can delete any saved design calculation entry directly from the in-app History view.
• Clear all data: You can clear all app data at any time via your device's Settings > Apps > Stitcho > Storage > Clear Storage.
• Uninstall: Uninstalling Stitcho from your device permanently removes all locally stored data.

7. Third-Party Services

Stitcho does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. The only network access performed by the App is an optional version check with the official application store (such as Google Play or Apple App Store) to notify you if an updated version of Stitcho is available.

8. Children's Privacy

Stitcho does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children. Because Stitcho does not collect personal data from any user, it does not process personal data from children under any applicable jurisdiction.

9. Security

Because your data remains exclusively on your device, the security of your saved calculations is protected by your device's own security features (such as passcode, biometrics, and file system encryption).

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
